Ikigai by CS came into being during one of her many solo travels while waltzing in and out of vintage second hand stores, and finding upcycled steals that instantly inspired her to start her own stint as soon as she returned home. Fashion industry is one of the biggest pollutants in the world and every small step towards making a lifestyle change goes a long way and with that little thought, IBC was born! 

Chandni Sinha, is a former publicist and now works as a freelance fashion stylist and a creative consultant in India, Bangkok and Europe. Creativity feeds her soul; tearing things apart and putting them back together to give them a new lease of life is something she has had a knack for since she was a child. 

IBC clothing is all upcycled from used Sarees and Dupattas that are treated for any damage before churning them into brand new pieces. The designs are inspired from music, dance and asian aesthetic.
